Branding for the bike store Recycles in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Copenhagen is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. When walking around the city, one can find multiple bike stores in each neighborhood. 

While studying abroad in Copenhagen, I created the branding for the bike store, Recycles, located in Vesterbro. Vesterbro is a hip neighborhood with an old-school vibe. It has recently gained popularity as new stores and residents have revamped the once-run-down neighborhood. With this I wanted to create a contemporary vintage aesthetic: melding modern with retro. 

Furthermore, the combination of old and new throughout the branding is emblematic of how the store recycles old steel frames, parts, and accessories to create new, handmade, and robust bikes.
